Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of ChatNiaga CRM, a SaaS product provided by FAS Global Network.
Use of the service
Clients may use ChatNiaga CRM for legitimate business messaging, customer support, CRM, lead management and related workflows. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, the conduct of their users and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
WhatsApp Business Platform
- Clients retain ownership and control of their own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers.
- Clients must have authority to connect the business assets they authorize ChatNiaga to access.
- Messaging must comply with Meta and WhatsApp policies, including consent, template and messaging rules that apply to the client's use case.
- Platform availability, policy decisions and message delivery may depend on Meta or other third-party providers and are not controlled solely by FAS Global Network.
Acceptable use
Clients must not use ChatNiaga for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam, malware, unauthorized surveillance or other prohibited activity. We may limit or suspend access where necessary to protect users, the platform or third-party services.
Plans and payments
Features, limits, trial periods, setup services and prices are those shown in the applicable plan or order at the time of purchase, unless separately agreed in writing.
Client data
Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis to process information they place into ChatNiaga. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes
We may update features, integrations or operational requirements to improve security, reliability, compliance or functionality. Material changes may be communicated through the service or website where appropriate.
